Southwestern Pennington County in west central South Dakota... * Until 900 PM MDT. * At 813 PM MDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from 10 miles east of Owl Butte to near Hermosa, or along a line from 30 miles northeast of Sturgis to 21 miles south of Rapid City, moving east at 30 mph.
