In northeast Oklahoma, Adair, Craig, Creek, Delaware, Mayes, Northeast Osage, Nowata, Okmulgee, Ottawa, Pawnee, Rogers, Southeast Osage, Tulsa, Wagoner, Washington OK and Western Osage. * WHEN...Through Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms are expected to develop this afternoon and evening near or over far northwest Arkansas in the vicinity of a boundary. Slow-moving and/or training storms in a moist environment will have the potential to drop locally heavy rainfall totals, on the order of 3 to 7 inches. Continue to monitor later forecasts. At 28.0 feet, minor lowland flooding occurs. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 27.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to remain between 27 and 28 feet until further notice.
