Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms with rainfall rates of 2 to 3 inches per hour are expected today through Monday which may lead to flash flooding in urban and low-lying areas.
