Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Very heavy rainfall rates will be possible with storms crossing the area today, and recent heavy rainfall makes the watch area more vulnerable than usual to flash flooding.
