Rochester around 625 PM EDT. Macomb Township around 645 PM EDT. Other locations impacted by this storm include Rochester Hills, Franklin, Shelby Township, Clawson, Berkley, Ray Center, Utica, Washington, Lathrup Village, and Bingham Farms.
