Waves of 3 to 5 in the tidal lakes, 4 to 6 feet in the sounds and and seas of 6 to 9 ft in the open Gulf waters. * WHERE...All of the tidal lakes, sounds, and open Gulf waters. * WHEN...Until 6 AM CDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
