Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. Local media have reported water rescues. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 509 AM EDT, emergency management reported slow moving thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall across the warned area. Between 2.5 and 7 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.25 inches are possible in the warned area this morning. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
