Scattered elsewhere. * WINDS...Near thunderstorms, gusts could reach as high as 40 mph. * HUMIDITY...As low as 30 percent. * TEMPERATURES...Highs in the upper 80s. Lows in the mid 40s. * IMPACTS...Critical fire weather conditions are expected this weekend due to a combination of thunderstorm activity, temperatures reaching into the low 80s, relative humidities near 30 percent, and gusty winds. A Red Flag Warning means that conditions are occurring or will occur which could lead to the development of large and dangerous fires.
