Cattle in low lying areas should be moved to higher ground. Water approaches low lying roads on west side of river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 23.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 24.4 feet tomorrow evening.
