Special Weather Statement issued July 4 at 3:39AM CDT by NWS Sioux Falls SD Areas of fog will reduce visibility through shortly after sunrise. Patchy dense fog will occasionally reduce visibility below a half mile, mainly in low lying areas and locations which received substantial rainfall over the past couple of days. Early morning motorists should be prepared for changing visibility.
